Scarab Sages

I have no idea where to post this, so if this is the wrong forum, I apologize.

A few years ago, Paizo posted a video where two people were talking about different sources of inspiration for campaigns. I think the video was a Paizocon session, and was run by Jason Keeley and Jason Tondro, but I am not 100% certain about any of those details. The important thing is that my fuzzy memory combined with my weak searchfu has made it impossible for me to find the video.

What I am really interested in is a book they discussed. Of course, I cannot remember the book's title or author, but I remember it being described as a book that took details from real world historical conspiracies (and conspiracy theories) and presented them as compelling plot hooks.

Does anyone have any idea what video I am talking about? Or, better yet, have information regarding the actual book?

I know this is all astoundingly vague, but I have been looking for this thing off and on for almost a year, but every time I just end up flummoxed and frustrated. So, I am turning to the community at large, with the sincere hope that somebody, somewhere can point me in the right general direction.
