Field test for Tech adventuring gear?

Playtest General Discussion

At this point I wondered about security vs magic.

Like, magic mouse to Tech microphone and false vision to Tech camera.

Wayfinders

My take on it is if magic makes an effect you see or hear, then tech would see or hear it too. If magic makes you think you hear or see an effect then tech would not. Magic mouth makes a sound so a mic would pick it up. False vision says "You create a false image that fools any attempts to scry on an area." Cameras are not really scrying, a scrying camera would not need to be in the same area it was seeing.

A scrying camera would be a cool hybrid item, in which case I would think False Vision would work on it.

That would be cool!

So price is covered. Needs info for importing modern items. ...I mean real life items.
