The end result would likely not be able to feel terribly powerful or interesting while still being balanced, but it's certainly a class that one can create if the need is really so great.I feel like we could already accomplish this in a pinch. Take a Wizard and use a multiclass dedication to expand his spells and options. Or have dual-classing be how the "omniwizard" of old is expressed in the game.
The real problem would be marketing. Getting players used to the idea that a caster having their magic defined only as "anything not healing" isn't meant to be a baseline expectation.
With Free Archetype at least you can get up to 50 extra spell slots from taking 4 casting dedications.

Just get halcyon speaker at this point and save those class feat slots

Did you miss the 50 extra spell slots part? That's worth the price of admission (to me) just for being incredibly hilarious. Even if entirely unnecessary.
You can also drop a dedication and get like 42(ish) slots and a bunch of your class feats back. How relevant that is will depend on how much you care about your class's feat selection.

I didn't, I think that is more than you need. Staff nexus can already add something like 10 to their staff atop whatever the staff are has. That is theoretically 19-ish extra spell slots already. Adding 50 seems well and truly above overkill. A singular dedication is more than enough imo
