Guardians feat list is pretty good as far as I can tell. I like to see stuff like this and shielded taunt to really sell the idea that this is the best class for shields.
Another thing that could be missing is a built in way to manage your broken and destroyed shields since you're likely to be breaking them often. What else could we do for shields for the guardian?

I actually felt the Guardian was lacking shield support compared to other classes, as several iconic shield feats are missing. Shield Warden in particular is a notable omission, given that it would normally be right up the Guardian's alley, and is on the Commander's feat list. Blanket Defense also works poorly with Paragon's Guard, because it includes Raising a Shield into its three-action cost.

Improved reflexive shield, shield from arrows and shield from spells I think are all great. Blanket defense could maybe be two actions instead of three. Picking up Bastion for more options feels better with less overlap. They very well could easily get more in the final release.
Would be very interesting for Raise haft to interact with some raise shield and shield arrows type feats, give more options for a more offense based Guardian.

This may be a bit of a tangent, but looking at how some of the Guardian's Raise a Shield feats collide with one another, plus the range of different actions that provide circumstance bonuses to AC, I'm starting to question how useful it is for Raise a Shield to be its own action, as opposed to Take Cover being used to take cover behind shields and parry weapons for varying degrees of cover.
For instance: let's say shields let you Take Cover behind them for standard cover, parry weapons and bucklers let you Take Cover behind them for lesser cover, and cover's bonuses to Reflex saves and Stealth checks only apply when Taking Cover behind terrain. Already, you'd get to unify all of those different circumstance bonuses to AC under one umbrella, and could both unify the language around Taking Cover, making it easier for some feats to benefit more builds, while maintaining the distinction when necessary, e.g. having a cover feat only grant benefits while covered by something specific.
In the case of action compression feats that currently let you Raise a Shield, having them let you Take Cover instead would particularly benefit tower shield builds, as you could use that compression to Take Cover twice in one turn for maximum AC. Blanket Defense probably ought to still change to a two-action activity that requires you to have a shield raised (or, in this case, have cover from a shield), but on the Guardian alone, this kind of model could already help the wording on a lot of feats, including Blanket Defense's own bonuses.
