So with the remaster getting rid of any Spell-Attack Modifier from Cantrips how will you treat Psychic and their unique cantrips? Will you let them add their modifier still or just replace the spell-modifier with +1 Dice of damage?
Play as is. And follow the errata once it comes out.

To say the same thing with more words:
Currently all we have is Rage of Elements that gives some new cantrips that follow the pattern that is going to be standard in the Remaster rules. We also have a Remaster preview document that gives a couple more cantrips with that same pattern.
But nothing is actually changing the existing cantrips yet, so it is probably best to play current games by using the cantrips as they are written.
Once the Remaster releases, it will have updated versions of all of the cantrips in the Core Rulebook (the ones that didn't get removed anyway). The Remaster may also release at the same time as a bunch of specific errata for other books like Secrets of Magic that also have updated versions of the cantrips published in them. Or it might just have a global conversion recommendation errata to update cantrips and it will tell you how to update the cantrips in Secrets of Magic yourself. Or it may do neither of those and you should still continue using the cantrips in Secrets of Magic and Dark Archive as they are currently printed and we will just have the case where some cantrips add your attribute bonus to damage and others have more dice of damage in their rank 1 effects.
