Climbing Doors?

Rules Discussion

I've just recently gotten into GM-ing PF2e campaigns and was rereading through the GM section of the Core Rulebook when I stumbled upon the sidebar on page 515 where it lists DCs for climbing doors. Most of the time when I encounter a door it is embedded into an enclosed structure, thus preventing people from simply climbing over it. Does this list assume something like an open-top wall that surrounds a structure or am I missing something?

You might also want to climb on the door and then continue climbing the wall above it. But usually I would assume the DC is meant to climb over a door that is not enclosed at the top, yes.
