Fiendish Teleportation Contract

Rules Discussion

The option of purchasing a Fiendish Teleportation contract is something that got added on a chronicle somewhere during the third season, and that character is finally at a point where they have enough money to buy it. But I have a couple questions before I actually do so I know what exactly I am getting into.

First, its a level 11 item, so do I need to wait for the level +2 that is standard for items bought off chronicle sheets?

Second, it grants dimension door once per day. I assume that is a 4th level casting of it?

Third, it says under Thrune Contracts that "If a creature dies while it has a Thrune contract invested, its soul is consigned to Hell and it can't be restored to life unless its soul is freed." Does that mean that if the character dies in a session, that I could not rez him with an ACP purchase? Or would I just need to purchase something else?

Horizon Hunters

1) Yes, you need to at least be level 9 to purchase it.
2) Yes, if an item lists a spell without a level, it's always the lowest possible level.
3) I think the boon might have something to say about that, but this is a better question for the PFS forums. It's best to assume you can never revive your PC if they die with that contract active.
