Spell Perfection (Class Feat 20)
Traits Magical, [specific spellcasting class trait], [spellcasting tradition trait]
Perquisites The ability to cast 10th-level spells, member of [specific spellcasting class]
Benefit Pick a non-cantrip spell that you can cast belonging to a class that grants you 10th-level spells. When you cast that spell from any of your spell slots (regardless of class), you treat that spell's attack roll as one step better or targets' saving throw(s) as one step worse. If the spell has no attacks or saves (such as shield, true strike, or summon animal), treat its duration as "until your next daily preparations" and it becomes dismissible if it wasn't already. If a spell does not require an attack roll, save, or have a duration, it is not eligible for this feat.
What do you guys think? It's megapowerful, but also limited in scope (a single spell) and only available as a capstone ability which competes with other powerful capstone abilities.
I'm not sure what the specific prerequisites or traits should be though, or whether it should be limited to some spellcasting classes and not others.

It's cool for a lvl 20 feat but also it's very overpowered specially the second effect 'treat its duration as "until your next daily preparations"' that can be super exploited (a character can make an summon army for example making not only the spellcaster too much stronger with it's army of summons, but also make the encounters super slow.
In order to prevent exploits it's need be once per day or not allow to stack spells with duration.
The damage part it's good for a level 20 feat I just suggest to add metamagic trait to it once it's works like a metamagic and this will prevent any strange metamagical interactions.
I say this because improved evasion, greater juggernaut and greater resolve basically counter this feat and are features many levels lower than 20 so it's fair to a level 20 feat allows to do this.

The metamagic trait seems like a good idea.
Wouldn't the action and minion limitations prevent such extreme abuse as summoned armies though? At best you'd be able to command three minions that are weaker than anything you'd be facing.

Do you think a frequency entry could be beneficial? Maybe like once per minute so you can use it every combat.
I only worry about grabbing a particularly powerful low level spell (say- slow) then spamming at the boss until it crit fails because of the degree modifier. Like it might not be OP but it feels very strong to be able to fish for Crit-Fail effects every turn y know?

If I do add such a limiter, it will likely be one we've seen elsewhere in publication, such as once per day, or perhaps as a focus power. I can't think of too many abilities that are once per minute.
