Gonna run a game for a three person group, consisting of a maul fighter, unbound step psychic, and thaumaturge. Unless the Thaumaturge goes chalice, the party looks lacking in healing, so I thought a divine witch with life boost might be nice to provide in and out of combat healing with the minimum fuss, and Stoke the Heart is a nice way to let the PCs shine more.
I am feeling inspired by Gytha "Nanny" Ogg from the Discworld series. She's an old rotund woman with only one tooth left, an earthy sense of humor, and a mean ol' Tom Cat named Greebo. She also is a serious drinker (her personal moonshine is so strong you need to use wooden cups as it eats through metal), has a legion of grandchildren, and is an incorrigible flirt. Discworld witches aren't known for their flashy demonstrations of power either, so a support witch works well.
Class is easy. Background is TBD. Deity will probably be Cayden Cailean. Ancestry is tricky and where I need the most help. In the Discworld, she's human, but she is approximately the size and shape of a pathfinder dwarf and I think that personality fits her. Also need to round out her skill feats eventually, though I think she's starting at level 1. This will likely be Abomination Vaults. Cooking related stuff is on brand for her.
Pratchett fans, how would you do it?

I wish I had input here to help but I'd really need to sit down with this one and create a whole special set of NPC abilities and probably even take the opportunity to cook up a whole Witch Patron and a suite of Class Feats (maybe even a whole Class Archetype) based off Headology since it is and should be far more grounded in the common wisdom and concepts that are involved with it whereby perceptions and beliefs influence and create the reality that people live within.
I'll ruminate on this and see if anything percolates.

How about giving her either the Herbalist or Alchemist archetypes eventually and using the cookable food items from Treasure Vault? Mixing up random poisons and treats feels pretty on-brand for Nanny Og, who has probably never seen a drink she didn't think about spiking in her life.
Unrelated, but now I'm also thinking of a Nanny Og summoner with Greebo as her eidolon. That cat is way too scary to just be a familiar.
