yea, you are right. can't mash them.
my thought? hero lab has the base sorcerer bloodline class ability tagged as 'can be replaced by archtype ability' and since the blood arcanist get said base sorcerer class abilities the hero lab automatically set it as 'can be replaced' without noticing it is already a replacement.
if im right hero lab would also allow blood arcanist to mash with other archtypes that replace said abilities.

You are correct, though you can ask your GM.
As for your hopes, you can still use the Eldritch Heritage feat followed by Improved Eldritch Heritage and Greater Eldritch Heritage (however, the charisma requirements might not be awkward), play a Variant Multiclass Sorcerer to add its bloodline powers to your Arcanist, or simply take the Bloodline Development Arcanist exploit and dip 1 level of Sorcerer. This last one has the benefit of granting you access to cross-blooded and wildblooded variants.

Thanks its more just the flavour for the Mgambyan initiate and I don't need to actually take the archetype for that. Just wanted to confirm that you can't take both.
