Will the spell card decks be usable after the Remaster?

I haven't been keeping up with the discussion and a search turned up nothing so..

How usable will the spell and equipment decks be after the Remaster? I know the schools are changing as well as some of the names, which will be more of an annoyance than a real issue. Has anything else been revealed that will render some or all of the deck obsolete?

Some of the deck will be obsolete. Some spells are getting renamed, some are getting combined with other spells, some spells might change in power level.

But assuredly it won't be completely unusable. The pre-remaster rules are still valid to use, it's just that if the new version of the spell is better than the old version, people aren't going to want to use the old one.

Yes. All the spells and items will be usable after Remastered. But we will get new versions and people might prefer using those (same as when something is errataed).
