I have made a xls that simplifies all the rolls and rules for these parts of the module. I was wondering if there is a place I can upload it to share it and to get feedback?

Google Docs is what you're looking for.

Google Docs doesn't support excel spreadsheets unfortunately.

Paizo does not provide cloud storage space. If you want to share something, you'll need to find a hosting site that allows you to upload photos, spreadsheets, documents, etc.

That said, I've never had any trouble uploading Excel spreadsheets to Google Sheets. What happens when you try?

Google Docs doesn't support excel spreadsheets unfortunately. I try to upload and it tells me file type no supported.

When I go to a Google Docs page, there is a hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
When you click that menu, one option is "Sheets".
When you click "Sheets", a new page opens
At the lower right corner of that page is a colorful Plus sign
When you click that "Plus", a new spreadsheet opens.
When you click the "File" menu for that new spreadsheet, you have an "import" option.

Have you tried importing your Excel spreadsheet into a Google Sheets spreadsheet that way?
