I am unsure if this has been addressed or not but I am looking for an answer. When you activate a spell attack scroll as a thaumaturge, what is your spell attack modifier? Using pathbuilder it only shows my charisma modifier for the attack roll modifier.
Any official information will be most appreciated.

Not specifically stated in the feat, which, only addresses spell DC being Class DC (and so there isn't an official answer), but it's fairly trivial to say that (Class DC - 10) is the appropriate number to use.

technically the ability only gives you Class DC for the Spell based saves, and mentions nothing about the attack rolls.
so it's a bit nebulous.
although we can extrapolate from the general rule that says that a certain DC is just that "check modifier+10" (so Fort DC is Forch check+10 and etc)
Whenever you attempt a check, you compare your result against a DC. When someone or something else attempts a check against you, rather than both forces rolling against one another, the GM (or player, if the opponent is another PC) compares their result to a fixed DC based on your relevant statistic. Your DC for a given statistic is 10 + the total modifier for that statistic.
and given that the section for spell attacks and spell DCs says that:
Spell attack roll result = d20 roll + ability modifier used for spellcasting + proficiency bonus + other bonuses + penalties
Spell DC = 10 + ability modifier used for spellcasting + proficiency bonus + other bonuses + penalties
which adheres to the above general rule, we can sorta guess that RAI is probably using your class check modifier (which would be your Class DC-10)

This info was already missing in the class playtest. The author, Mark Seifter, clarified then that it was indeed Class DC-10.
It is a bit disappointing that the info is still missing from the final release of the class.
