I have a player that is playing a Matanji Orc and wanting to take the Demon Blood Frenzy feat, but from what I have seen there are only two fiends in the books. Granted this is me having not read the whole AP (ADHD reasons) but am using Foundry so I looked through the Actors and didn't see much.
Can anyone advise me so I can advise my player? I don't want them to take what would essentially end up being a useless feat.

If you haven't already, point them to the Strength of Thousands Players Guide.
You can also just tell the player that fiends are not a common enemy in this adventure path. The Orc Warmask feats might be a better fit with the Magaambya thematically than Tusks and Demonblood Frenzy.

I don't think there are many fiends in this AP. At least the Charau-Ka and Usaro don't play any significant role, for whatever reason. I've prepared some adjustments for my campaign where they do play a more important role, you can find it here.

Thank you for your reply, however I've scoured the Players Guide and it says nothing about "Orcs", "Warmask", or "Fiends". It does not indicate at all that it wouldn't be a good idea. This is reminiscent of how the PG for Age of Ashes, didn't suggest that a PC using mainly elemental damage would run into some issues towards the end of the AP.
But I take from your comment, that indeed I was correct and there are very few fiends in the adventure?

I just did a skim-through of the AP to see the number of fiends for my own players, and it definitely is surprisingly few for how much I'm used to seeing them as enemies in APs. I don't think I saw a single Demon, and only a scant few other fiends.
But you could probably swap a few in in place of some of the Undead encounters in Book 3 at the least.

1) The Warmask can (with some adaptation) align with the Magaambyan Attendant mask familiar or Magic Warrior archetypes.
2) As mentioned, fiends will be encountered very rarely in this AP as written.
