Harrowed Court NPCs

So, this AP gives the PCs a home base which comes populated with a variety of NPCs which the AP leaves us to create. Which NPCs are you planning to introduce as they develop their personal demiplane?

I shall be starting off with:

Baines is an elderly gentleman, always impeccably dressed in faded black trousers, frock coat and cravat. He normally arrives with a slight covering of cobwebs as he is the Castles caretaker, butler and occasional factotum. Ever since Mrs Baines left he has also been responsible for the cleaning which he deeply resents. His deep sunk eyes narrow whenever he is asked to take on additional duties and his answer to most questions is a sullen, "Very well sir". He has an almost magical ability to never be around when he is actually needed. At such times he can generally be found passed out in the wine cellar.

I'm expecting Zellara from CT to show up as she was name dropped at the start of the book, but if not, she is absolutely popping up like 'I thought I was AT PEACE WHY AM I HERE' lol. Exhausted, expecting the CotCT party to be there but instead its some new nerds.

She willingly aids the PCs against in tracking the final villain of the AP, who's a former student of hers. She's stuck around as a kind of benevolent Harrow spirit, so she's not so much tired as determined in a "you need help and I'm the best-equipped to give it, let's get to work" kinda way.

I finally got my third book and saw her; got so excited. Going to be a REALLY fun throwback for my table to bring her back in.

So... I'm just starting planning to run this...

I was thinking that to reduce MY workload that the player whose PC invests the card will be responsible for RPing the NPC in the Harrow Court?

I can give them the same guidance that the book gives me, and we can have some fun with it.
