Arcane Trickster Question

I have a character that is 3 levels Wizard (transmuter)/Rogue, with opposing classes being Necro and Enchant. When I hit 6th level I started the Arcane Trickster class, am I still bound by the opposing class for Arcane Trickster levels?

Arcane Trickster builds upon your wizard spellcasting and has the same limitations when it comes to opposing schools.
