Which deity has fauchard as favored weapon?

My Self is correct. I double-checked by searching my Inner Sea Gods pdf for fauchard. No hits at all, I'm afraid.

It's one of several weapons that lacks a matching deity (the Earth Breaker is another example). On the bright side, the fauchard is really freaking good and a feat spent on it isn't really a feat wasted.

Consider picking up a deity with a Falchion. Lamashtu, Sobek, Uruskreil, Kro'akoth and Rull are all Evil deities with that weapon. Reymenda is a Good deity with that. Shizuru is LG and has a Katana, which isn't quite as good, but is still decent. Nalinivati is N and has an Urumi, which has mostly the same stats as a Katana.

Well it's rather to work out a story hook for a PC, who described in background to have an affinity with the fauchard, through the ancestral arms trait.

So i was wondering if there was a deity with that weapon.

Just as close in function (preferably) or look as possible.

He'll just attack with it afaik, no trip/maneuver combos.

Guisarme has only a single god (lawful evil) who uses it. Halberd has gods in every corner of the alignment chart.

Halberd is not a reach weapon though.

Naginata is good as it's a x4 crit weapon with reach, and there are a few deities with it as a favored weapon.

Alternatively, you can make your character a Halfelf and pick up Fauchard proficiency w/ the Ancestral Arms trait.

Unfortunately, Exotic Weapon Proficiency has a +1 BAB requirement. Clerics and Inquisitors won't be able to spend a feat to grab it at first level.
