PF 1st Edition - Giant Ancestry Rule Question

Rules Questions

Giant Ancestry: Humans with ogre or troll ancestry end up having hulking builds and asymmetrical features. Such humans gain a +1 bonus on combat maneuver checks and to CMD, but a –2 penalty on Stealth checks. This racial trait replaces skilled. Source PZO1135

Would this count a human as an Ogre for the purpose of taking certain monstrous feats from https://legacy.aonprd.com/monsterCodex/ogres.html?

Or would I still need Racial Heritage (Ogre) https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/racial-feats/racial-heritage/ to qualify for them?

This question should be in the 1st edition forum. Trying to flag it to be moved, but the flag option just instantly closed and won'treopen, so I dont know what category the post got flagged as.

The giant ancestry trait strictly speaking does not actually let you count as an ogre or troll or qualify for anything as one like the heritage feat does, so you'd still need racial heritage for feat prerequisites.

Flagged appropriately. Hopefully the mods will move it soon. I'm not an expert on PF1 but in essence, we would have done something like this with equivalent things in 3.5.
