I was really hoping that Organized Play would do a coordinated Beginner Box Days event, and now I see one happening that is separate from us.
I wish that we could have had this start in Paizo Organized Play. Yes, I know that we could join in, but it would be nice if it had started in coordination with our program, so that we could use it to pull in new players and GMs.
Also, could we do something live and simultaneous to this at our in-person venues?
Can we hook into this event with live tables?
Hmm

So here is the response that I got from them:
Hi there! That would be great to have live Beginner Box events happening. We just don't have any way to organize those. The event code is on our website, and if there's a space people can go to find live events I'd be happy to put it on the website.
So I know that most of us organize our in-person events with online signups. But I'm not sure of an online tool that would allow for a listing of in-person events in different locations around the world. Does Warhorn do this? I am wondering if we wanted to organize something like this if we would need to do a spreadsheet with individual links for local events? And how much work would be required to maintain it?
And honestly, I'm not a VO anymore. Would anyone else be interested in hosting Beginner Box events in-person, or is this just me? There's not much turn around between now and the end of April, and I'm wondering if I should even pursue this further.
Hmm
