Since Unleash Psyche doesn't apply to spells with a duration, you don't even have to argue about trying to call it a damaging spell vs an ally buff.

What about imaginary weapon and reach spell?

Would be the 2 different targets within 30yd?

And, last one, I guess, what cantrips can work with astral tether?
I am having hard time how to interpretate its text.

You can't use metamagic on an amped spell. If you're using reach spell, it's single target.

If I were to try to increase my reach for imaginary weapon, would using a horse companion ( or a large mount ) be a possibility?

Touch range uses your unarmed reach, so anything that increases your unarmed reach would increase your range for touch spells. Being on a Large or larger mount, being larger yourself via means such as the Enlarge spell, etc.
