Hello,
Hoping it's just a temporary glitch?
But since today is the last day of the Humble Bundle "So you want to try Pathfinder?" deal, I decided to go ahead and grab it.
When I strated trying to redeem my new Humble bundle codes, the Paizo site keeps telling me the codes are not recognized. (?!?)
I thought perhaps the computers just needed time to catch up with each other, so I waited an hour, still no luck. Tried again even later, still not recognized.
I have gone through the threads, and do not see where anyone else has posted this issue? (Granted there are a LOT of threads, I may have missed it?)
Is this a site issue? Or am I doing the redemption wrong? I am, logged into my Paizo account when I try to redeem them.
Thank you in advance for your help,....
~Ragadolf

Thank you Dancing Wind,
That is the page I am trying to use.
I originally followed the link from the Humble bundle site, and just now tried again going to it directly as per your directions;
(My account> Account Settings> partner redemptions> Redeem codes)
It still says 'That code is not recognized' on every one of the codes.
I do not recall having any issues the last time I bought a Humble Bundle,... (2016, admittedly I think?) :)
Any other ideas? Or any known issues?
Surely I cannot be the only person experiencing this?
Thank you,

Same issue here and no idea how you solved it.
I'm also a returning customer and the url from humblebundle does get redirected to https://paizo.com/paizo/account/redemptions automatically, where my codes aren't recognized. I tried adding a space after every 4th character like in the humblebundle instructions as well as everything else on that page.
Tried Edge, tried Firefox, always "That code is not recognized".

I'm having exactly the same issue. Tried multiple browsers, spaces after every 4th character and no luck.
Emailed support 3 days ago and nothing, a little frustrating but glad I'm not the only one.
