Legendary item spellcasting + mythic spellcasting?

It's a simple question, I think. If you have spellcasting from a legendary item, can you take Mythic Spellcasting to make those spells that you cast mythic?

Mythic spell casting allows you to learn mythic spells. Unless the item is taking the mythic ability itself it cannot learn mythic spells.
