can't wait for this ap finally more high lvl stuff!

Stolen Fate

this ap sounds awesome! a deck of harrow cards that controls fate itself!? yes please honestly this AP is the nearest we'll get to mythic without mythic rules imo. and I always prefer high lvl content over low lvl plus ww know that we're getting more daemons in the ap who are my favorite enemy type in the game.

They've mentioned that this one goes to multiple continents, which has me about as interested as I could possibly be. I don't dare hope Stolen Fate visits Arcadia until it's explicitly confirmed, but I have my suspicions...

IIRC there is an Arcadian version of the Harrow ...

It's true that this one goes all over the place, but it's more of a buffet where you get to taste things from all over and not really a full meal. Still, it's fun to visit so many continents, go to new places, and also spend time in some nostalgic places as well!

I'm quite excited to see Paizo publishing more high-level APs. One of the primary critiques I often see leveled against D&D 5E and most of the other prominent fantasy systems is that they all break down at higher levels, that combat loses most of its appeal as players and monsters both undergo power creep, with combats dragging on due to an abundance of useless abilities or being cut suddenly and anticlimactically short by an overpowered feat combo. High-level APs, like Fists of the Ruby Phoenix or the upcoming Stolen Fate, demonstrate a major draw of PF2E - that high-level play works (seen in this demonstration and analysis).

I hope this one is fun, I'm looking forward to more high level adventures!

BTW There is also a high-level PF2 adventure : "Night of the Gray Death is a deluxe adventure in Gothic horror for 16th-level characters written by Ron Lundeen."

This is looking like it might be a good one to play with the characters who complete Abomination Vaults considering the plot-giving NPC in AV is a fortune teller. Seems like it won't take too much to link them

Otari is also very near Absalom, where this one begins.

Hey James, any idea if it will somewhat work for the same classes from Gatewalkers as one of my groups is in that then want to change over to this with the same characters for this one once that is done.

Thanks

Stolen Fate will work fine with any 1st to 10th level Adventure Path. It starts with the PCs in Absalom, so in some cases your PCs will need to travel further, but the reason WHY they wanna go to Absalom is built in to the start.

VERY COOL James, that takes a load off my mind, as well as the players!!

Tom

I'm really considering running this after Ruby Phoenix. I think it'd be fun for that crew of players to ONLY play level 11-20 APs. Plus I love the Harrow stuff.
