Purchase Rework

Paizo, you have to do something about your checkout process. I never know if my order goes through, because there is no confirmation. If im wrong and this is just me. please let me know.

I always get a confirmation email that includes the order number. It is sent to the address on my Paizo account.

You can also check under
My Account> Order History

to see all of your orders, including the ones that are pending.

I am kind of facing the same problem. try to purchasehe Pathfind gamememastery PDF but it stops on confirm your purchase page.

Paizo does not deal with private financial transactions in public forums.

You each need to send an email to

Can someone please provide an expectation on the first-contact SLA for Support Open Cases with Customer Service? I would like to manage my own expectations. Thanks!
