Do Handwraps of Mighty Blows affect Ranged unarmed attacks like Leshy Seed pods and Hooded Nagaji Poison spit?

Of course. They affect all unarmed attacks. It doesn't matter if they don't use your hands. It doesn't matter if they're ranged.

Yes, indeed. Several of them - including foxfire at least - have reminder text stating that they are affected by handwraps, and indicating that this is due to the standard rules.
