When I click on the link for customer service forums in Paizo FAQ, it sends me to where you would select Subforums in the Paizo section. Where are the customer service forums? I have a product that is missing 17 pages and would like to post a post there about if I should talk to Paizo customer service or go to the Local Game Store where I got it.

Paizo no longer host a customer service forum. The preferred (and sole, at this stage) avenue for contacting them is via email:
Having said that, the answer to your specific query is to go back to the store in the first instance. They should replace it, then return the defective copy to their distributor and so on down the line.
If you don’t have any luck with that, an email to Customer Service above should result in a resolution.
