Chimeric manticore

Hello, I have a question about chimeric manticore.

His hybrid creature has zombie trait, but there are neither the undead trait, neither the immunites from an undead, is it normal ?

It is only partially dead, thus is does not have undead traits.

But again, this is an AP specific creature, so it's best to ask in that AP's forums.

Maybe it is a living zombie instead of an undead one.

No, that doesn't really look normal to me. But I would probably run it as printed as far as immunities and weaknesses.
