I've chosen to enter the vaults as a Cloistered Cleric of Ashava, preparing to bring low the will-o'-wisps that may be lurking about.
I was wanting to know a few things from the folks here: What ancestries and heritages (besides the obvious aasimar) would fit for a worshipper of the moonlit True Spark? What feats should I look into collecting, both in terms of optimization and flavor? What domain should I start with?

Varisian diety so you can get away with just about anything ancestry-wise. Duskwalkers also work given her association with death.
For feats, she is a patron of dancing so grab that bard dedication and enjoy the benefits of lingering composition + inspire courage. You may also want healing hands and channeled succor
For your domain, repose has the best focus spell I think. Being able to save an ally from a crippling effect will come in handy once in awhile.
