All the fun tongue stuff is too expensive for you at this level.
Examples of fun tongue stuff:
Strangler's Tongue

I have a Grippli Vampire that uses Agile Tongue to deliver Ghoul Touch, as paralyzed peasants are easier to pin for Blood Drain.
Dandy Ranger 15/Agent of the Grave 5
VMC Sorcerer
I know Dandy Ranger sucks, but it's Charisma-based (and Undead like Charisma). I wanted to use Ranger as the chassis for my Grippli Vampire because the Grippli FCB for Ranger gives you a swim speed, and having a swim speed removes some of the weaknesses associated with being a Vampire. And since I pretty much refuse to run Undead characters without all five levels of Agent of the Grave, I had to VMC Sorcerer for the Arcane Bloodline's New Arcana at level 15 to pick up Animate Dead. Exactly enough levels left to grab all of Agent of the Grave. Lol.
Using the Natural Attack RCS feats to get claws, and Diverse Obedience Kabriri to get a bite attack (which Vampires don't get) my little frogman just pitter-patters along the walls, using Agile Tongue to tag targets with Ghoul Touch from distance, then glides down to feast on their paralyzed bodies.

Anyways, what else do you want your Grippli Druid to do besides fly around on its Animal Companion casting spells and occasionally hitting people with your tongue?
Did you go with vanilla Druid, or an archetype?
What types of spells are you most interested in casting? Are you going for mostly cold spells to play with Rime Spell, or was that mainly for the Frostbite tongue thing?
You're level 5 now, so 3rd-level spells? Spell Focus Evocation would affect things like Call Lightning, Hurricane Blast, and Hydraulic Push... Spell Focus Conjuration would work with Snowball and Ice Spears and healing spells and summoning spells... Spell Penetration would help a lot of your offensive spells land, but may not be necessary yet.
Do you still have Wild Shape? Then take Nature Spell so you can cast spells whilst Wild Shaped.
Planning on playing with poison at all? I have fun stuff for that, too.
Assuming you have kept up on Spellcraft, you can a version of Lunge for touch spells, called Lunging Spell Touch in a few levels... should technically work with your tongue for 15' reach.

I'm going with Menhir Savant to keep Wild Shape. While I want to keep with the cold theme, I also was hoping to have some flexibility to adapt to the needs of the party as this is for PFS.

I would still take Natural Spell at your next available opportunity. Being able to cast whilst in Wild Shape can be mighty versatile.
You will need to work in some sort of feat support for your casting, too. Level 9 is definitely about the time it starts to matter more and more that you keep your DC's relatively high. You should probably take note of which school of spells you find yourself using the most, and invest in Spell Focus for that school. Possibly the Greater thereof, too.
