Genehacker's Cache and 'Baleful Polymorph'?

How is this alternate class feature for the Technomancer supposed to work in SFS?

The "Starfinder Character Operations Manual" entry seems to indicate that a character with this cache has access to the Baleful Polymorph spell but can't use it in their 6th level cache slot, which seems odd since the spell is not actually SFS legal...

So, how is this actually supposed to work?

I assume that is an oversight and is intended to apply to all the levels. I have forwarded the question to leadership.

Honestly, I'm kinda shocked this question hasn't already come up on the forums in the last 3 years since the Character Operations Manual was published...

Confirmed: that "only" should not be there and it'll be removed with the Interstellar Species update next week. Baleful polymorph is not a legal spell at any level.
