There's something weird going on with pages that have collapsible menus. At a certain point, everything locks up and you can't scroll up or down, preventing you from reading everything on the page.
The phenomenon seems to be rather prevalent with the PFS pages, which have a lot of collapsible menus.
I've tried it on both my desktop and on my phone, in Chrome, and it happens on both devices. I've heard other people having similar issues as well, so it's not just me.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
I thought for sure I would have at least an acknowledgement of the issue from someone after a month!

I am literally unable to participate fully in the PFS experience because I cannot scroll to relevant sections of these, and similar, pages.
I just tried things out with the linked PFS FAQ page, and I didn't encounter any of the scrolling issues you talked about. I tried starting from the top and expanding the questions, starting from the bottom and expanding and scrolling up, and just flipping back and forth out of order until eventually all of the questions were expanded. No issues. Sorry you're having this trouble.
I'm on Chrome version 108.0.5359.99, which is the most updated version.
