Petrification and psychic spellcasting

is it possible to remove the petrified condition avec psychic spellcasting ?

Well Psychic doesn't have access to Stone to Flesh that I'm aware of, so no.

If you mean can you use Psychic Spellcasting while petrified, also no. You can't act while petrified so you can't cast spells.

No, for two reasons:

First, when Petrified, you go into stasis and can't think, nor does time seem to pass for you. You either never wake up or it seems like an instant from the time you were petrified to when you're un-petrified.

Second, you still need to use somatic components to cast spells. The only thing you replace are Verbal components.

This does allow you to cast Verbal only spells while Paralyzed however.
