The product page says that the books are expected to ship on 10/26, but I just got an email stating that the order shipped today. Admittedly, this is my first time pre-ordering a product from Paizo, so I dunno if this is just preparatory, and UPS will pick it up on the 26th, or something like that, so if that's the case, then great.
If not, my hype levels just broke the meter...
Edit: I also just noticed that the main product page no longer shows pre-order, and is just open to order...
What does the order status say on paizo.com? If it says Pending it most certainly has not shipped and the email you received is the pre-shipping email that usually means your account has been charged for the order and it is being prepared for shipping. However they usually don't actually ship until a little under two weeks before release date.
I could be wrong but I wouldn't bet on seeing it before the 20th-24th at the earliest. Also while I wouldn't be mad, the crowdfund backers may be a bit annoyed at people getting retail orders so soon when all the backers(I am a backer, mine arrived last friday the 23rd) haven't received their stuff yet (mostly non-US backers).

Strange. The tacking link won't update it is a long standing issue.
At this point the only way to get more info would be to email customer.service@paizo.com .
My best guess is that there are so many pre-orders that they are preparing and processing them now but not actually shipping until the appropriate time to make sure everyone gets their orders near launch.

I just received my order in the mail after getting a shipped email on the 29th. Granted I live in the same general area of Paizo so your mileage may vary, but it does seem that those shipment emails are accurate!
