Redemption question

I picked up the current Strength of Thousands bundle from HB, but there seems to be items missing from the list on HB compared to what is showing up in my downloads page.

I don't know if some stuff is bundled in zips that I don't expect them to be in, or if several items in HB are bundled into a single PDF.

Example, Pathfinder Lost Omens: The Mwangi Expanse does not seem to be present, nor several of the flip mats. GM Screen, etc.

Please point me to the right place if this is not the correct location for reporting redemption issues.

The best thing to do is to email [e-mail] or to go to suport.paizo.com and lodge a ticket there directly. Don’t do both - they’re the same avenue. :)

Coming off GenCon and into a humble bundle fulfilment they are a little snowed under, so it can take a few weeks at the moment. But they’ll be able to push things around as necessary, or explain what’s going on.
