Choose one spell with the same element corresponding to your element. The spell must be level 1. You can cast that spell at a level equal to your level -3 and you can cast it an unlimited number of times..
Or something like that. I haven't done the numbers but essentially I can cast a low level spell however many times I want to cast it, but it remains at a very low level to be in line with the rest of the kineticist feats and balanced appropriately.
