I'm not sure which capstone feat to take for my wild order druid. At first I thought True Shapeshifter would be the natural choice. But recently I found out there's another capstone feat for wild order druid: Heart of the Kaiju. Which would be better? They seem a bit redundant to me, since both feats let me transform into a kaiju. So I'm still not sure which is better.

Looking at those two specifically, these are the differences that I see:
True Shapeshifter is from the core rulebook and is common. It only allows changing into the kaiju or Green Man once per day. It does let you change your Wild Shape form after casting it - So you could start in an Insect Form shape, then switch to Aerial Form shape mid-battle without spending any more focus points.
Heart of the Kaiju is from Fists of the Ruby Phoenix and is Uncommon - so you will have to get access to the feat from GM permission. It only allows changing into the Kaiju form (not the Green Man), but it has no restrictions on how many times you can use that form. You do have to pick the damage type that it does when you take the feat and can't change it later (except probably through retraining). I haven't checked if the stats that the feat lists match to the stats of Nature Incarnate that True Shapeshifter uses.
Which is 'better' is up to you to decide.

Hmm. It seems that the True Shapeshifter version kaiju is slightly more powerful than the Heart of the Kaiju version kaiju. And considering other benifits, I think I'll go with True Shapeshifter.
By the way, the description text for True Shapeshifter says: "While under the effects of wild shape, you can change into any other form on your wild shape list." How many actions would this "change" need? Perhaps 2 actions, since it takes 2 actions to cast Wild Shape? It would be so great if the "change" needs only a free action. :)
