New Campaign's "Gameplay" thread not working

Hello!

I'm attempting to start up a new campaign, and my Gameplay thread won't let me or any of my players post.

I was having the same issue with the Recruitment thread, but after Unsetting and re-setting it up it appears to be working okay now. However the campaign edit page doesn't give me the option to Unset the Gameplay tab, so I'm not sure how to resolve this.

Could anyone help me out?


Did this resolve itself, or did someone fix it for you? I'm having the same issue with a new campaign I've set up.

Usually this problem occurs after the GM deletes the original post that started the thread. It cannot be fixed without staff intervention.

If that's what happened, I suggest doing two things:
1. Post in the Website Feedback forum.
You've actually done that by replying to this thread. IT staff may not see it for a while, since it's a weekend, and they don't seem to have a regular schedule of reviewing this forum

2. Send an email to customer.service@paizo.com
Ask that the gameplay thread be reset. Again, this may take a while, since CS staff are weeks behind in responding to requests. But a clear subject line (PBP Gameplay Thread Needs IT To Reset) might get it forwarded relatively quickly to someone who can fix it.

Aha, a known issue - and somewhat foolish on my part - thanks for the response, I'll contact customer support as well just to make sure it gets cleared up.
