if a summoner has trick driver archetype, is it possible for the eidolon to use your Driving Lore proficiency instead to pilot any vehicle ?
Is it possible to use sniping duo archetype with our eidolon as our spotter ?
Can an eidolon use a reaction for a specific feat from the archetype as targeted redirection ? vantage shot ? tag team ?

The eidolon definitely works for sniping duo, it's a non-minion ally and has its own actions to do the feat stuff with. Trick Driver... maybe? Could go either way there.

The Eidolon can use your skill proficiencies - including your Lore proficiencies.
They can't use your feats though. So since the ability to use Lore(driving) instead of Lore(piloting) or Lore(sailing) and the ability to use DEX instead of INT are all coming from the Trick Driver dedication feat, then the Eidolon cannot use those.
There is some ambiguity if it is instead a feature of the Lore(driving) to be able to use that in place of Lore(piloting) or Lore(sailing). But if this is ruled that it is allowed, then it would follow that a Summoner character that also has Bardic Lore or Loremaster Lore would have the same effect - and that seems to be a bit too good. Not sure on that.
Also for Sniping Duo - the Eidolon doesn't get to share your Summoner's feats. Only the skill proficiencies.

The Sniping Duo spotter never has the feat, all that matters is that they can't be a minion.

Yes. At least partially.
Your Eidolon can be your spotter. That works fine. The Summoner can use all of the feats that are from that archetype.
If you pick someone else as your spotter, your Eidolon can't use things like Cover Fire or Triangulate using the Eidolon's ranged attack. Only the Summoner can. Though that could be from a ranged weapon or through Meld Into Eidolon.

Yes. As long as it respects the sharing of actions : "Each round, you can use any of your actions (including reactions and free actions) for yourself or your eidolon."

Yes. Feats that say that their effects can be used by your spotter - whoever it is - can be used by your Eidolon if your Eidolon is your spotter. The spotter does not need to also have the feats in order to use them.
