Long story short, more than a week ago I tried switching to a Starfinder Adventure subscription, then tried getting customer service to switch the current adventure in the pending order to the subscription.
Well they made a mess of things, cancelled the current adventure in my order and spawned not one, but two separate orders for Red Shift Rally and the Kobold King Hardcover, while leaving the current bigger order in limbo.
I've been trying to reach customer service department for EIGHT DAYS and have heard absolutely nothing. I've tried responding to the original email chain, and I've tried starting a new email chain, all to no avail.
Well, you're not getting any more of my money if you're going to ignore me.
Cancel everything.
So far my only recourse is to change the expiration date on my payment method, hopefully that's enough.

I guess Paizo is supposed to invest in CS with the money people stop giving them ?
I dearly wish they would raise their prices high enough to be able to invest.
Not sure what the issue is with the current CS. However, mine is a money and shipping problem. I have tried for over three weeks asking for guidance and have not heard back other than that the tickets are there. I do know GenCon is coming up and could be causing the crunch.
As for your point, yeah, Paizo is not Hasbro-WotC. Not sure how they're able to keep the lights on with all the crazy price jumps in shipping, materials, and even their operating costs. Aaron stated that he wished they could raise prices, but the market wouldn't tolerate it.

Come now, dear Captain. Even if you're right, vinegar will get you nowhere fast. In the interim, you can remove your payment methods.

Now I can now that they finally figured out how to do their job.
It's pretty sad when their most senior member of a team can't even do their job correctly. Which is why I'll never buy anything from Paizo.com ever again.

My apologies, Aaron. I was referring to a tweet you made but see now it was for TTRPG books in general, not Paizo specific. :)

I am sorry that CS has been so apathetic to your needs and the needs of others. Paizo needs to do better.
