Fun with Jotungrip

Advice

Planning on playing a 3rd party class that comes with the feature Jotungrip and I'd like some input on what weapon I should wield and how I plan this Character out.

The class is Oni. From Of Stranger Bonds

I get a lot Barbarian Features

I know a club /spiked club is classic oni but I want too get some fun ideas

Sadly my strength is a Fearsome 12 so I don't even get to take power Attack yet

But any interesting idea for a weapon I can use with Jotungrip? Pazio and 3pp allowed

Either an Earthbreaker if you don't care about Reach and choose to go the vital strike path or take a bardiche for Reach and full attacks that threaten a crit on 19-20 (x2). Weapon Focus and eventually Power Attack are essential. Otherwise depends on the weapon you choose.

Lunge and Whirlwind Attack with a high crit range could be fun if you think you'll be facing lots of little monsters. If you go Vital Strike, Improved VS, Greater VS the build will take longer but the number of D6's adds up quick.

Yet another way to go would be Cudgeller Style. You need Bludgeoner so your Earthbreaker deals non-lethal damage on a hit, then Cudgeller Style gives your damage 1 size increase so instead of 2d6 you deal 3d6 damage on a Charge attack. By BAB+5 you can take Cudgeller Sweep so you get a free Trip attempt on a successful Charge attack as a Free action (but you still trigger an AoO). Finally with Cudgeller Sweep at BAB +9 you get 3d6 non-lethal after a Charge but for 1 full round, so now you can Charge, Pounce, and full attack for 3d6 non-lethal on all attacks this round. Also with the Sweep, any foe successfully tripped has to make a Fort save (DC 10 + Character Level + Str bonus) or be Stunned for 1 round.

I don't know what your class looks like, or what you've planned for your character, but there's a very high chance that you're better of not using Jötunngrip. Don't forget, it's a -2 to attack rolls, for a fairly minor increase in average damage compared to a one-handed weapon, or the ability to use a shield for a reach weapon (while also lowering strength- and Power Attack ratio).

Titan Mauler is weird tbh.

Jotungrip gives you 2 handed weapons in one hand, for a -2 to attack. This is kind of eh, because you could also get into unhindering shield, not have a -2 to attack, still count as 2 handed for STR to damage and power attack.

If you are going for "shield and 2 handed weapon", these 2 feats give you +1 AC, a typically sizeable increase of your damage (you count as 2 handed) and a +2 AB since there is no penalty on attacks.

The third level ability is more interesting. Massive weapons would open access to large sized Orc Butchering Axes (4D6 base) but add a pretty punishing -5 to AB. If you then enlarge, your weapon dice goes to 6D6, and if you have lead blades (probably via dangerously curious trait to get UMD as a class skill) it goes to 8D6 unless I counted wrong.
You then Vital strike (16D6) with this, because your iteratives dont hit much anyway.
