Maybe it's just me but I cannot find where it mentions what is the maximum level Item the PCs can purchase in Alkenstar?

Anyone?

I don't know the AP well enough to say if that info shows up anywhere within the adventures. However, I know that a stat block for the city will be featured in the upcoming Lost Omens Impossible Lands. Alkenstar is a level 14 settlement according to that book, so you can usually purchase items of up to 14th level without issue in the city.
