Haste Circuit

Does activating a haste circuit in your armor (swift action) proc an AoO?

I can't find if the Circuit counts as a spell-like ability, thus triggering AoOs or something else.

Doesn't state in the upgrade that it does. Doesn't look like its a Spell like ability, just an ability, like flipping a switch to get the armour to do an effect
