Cannot sign in on pc

The site won’t allow me to sign in on pc. I enter my login information, and it brings me back to the main page, still not signed in. I can only sign in on mobile.

This means I don’t have access to my .pdfs on my new pc. Obviously not good.

I have the same problem, for the last three days. I am using a Mac and Safari, 15.4. And posting this from my phone, naturally.

I do not know if you already had a PM from someone yet or not, but it sounds like you have the "cookies" issue. Somewhere in February everyone had to delete their cookies from Paizo to regain access to their accounts on whatever digital device they were logged in before.

After deleting your Paizo cookies (see here) you should be able to log in again. Hopefully it will work for you. If not, then I cannot help you any further (this is as far as my knowledge goes on this topic)

It ain’t the cookies. Brand new PC, had yet to go to Paizo’s site on it.

What OS are you using?

What browser are you using? Have you checked to make sure there isn't a security/site block trigger that you need to override?

Ah, thank you! This helped me. I am using MacOS 12.3.1 and Safari 15.4.
