Hero Forge has new 2D color acrylic standees, that's probably your best bet for custom pawns.

If you're crafty and on a budget, an 8.5"x11" foam sheet costs like $.99 at a craft store, then just glue or double-sided-tape images of your PCs to both sides. It's just thick enough for the friction to stick in the pawn base. I have dozens of Starfinder "figurines" using this method.
