I was just thumbing through my copy of Secrets of Magic, when I discovered that I am missing pages 192 - 199. I'm not full sure how to go about rectifying this, as the book did come out some time ago.

Where did you buy it?

Back when people were mad about the Starfinder first printing's binding getting damaged easily I recall hearing that Paizo would still honor a return even if you did get it from Amazon. Did that change?

Not as far as I know. Though they do prefer you try to resolve the issue with the original seller, they will replace damaged or flawed products if the original seller is unable or unwilling to.
