Yes.
Simply play a prepared spellcaster like a cleric, witch, or wizard with Free Archetype and the no archetype feat limitation option. Then use your bonus archetype feat at 2nd-level to get something that makes you an Expert in Religion, such as Pathfinder Agent. Use your 2nd-level class feat to take up Hallowed Necromancer Dedication.

To put it another way, no, if you're using standard rules or even using FA without removing the requirements to exit an archetype.
"If the group all has the same archetype or draws from a limited list, you might want to ignore the free archetype’s normal restriction of selecting a certain number of feats before taking a new archetype. That way a character can still pursue another archetype that also fits their character."
So, technically, if you have a limited list that includes at least one archetype that does this thing (and Pathfinder Agent at least seems coherent as one that might show up on such a list) then it's in the rulebook as a suggested subvariant of an variant.
That said, yes, this is pretty seriously edge-case.
