Stacking HP loss for Drained condition?

Hi. I need clarifications on 2 questions about the drained condition in PF2. Thank you.

1. If a creature is drained multiple times, does the HP and max HP loss from drained condition stack?
For example, a wraith drains a Level 3 character who is already drained 1, increasing the condition to drained 2.

A. The character loses another 6 HP and max HP for a total of 9 HP loss (3 from drained 1).
B. The character loses another 3 HP and max HP for a total of 6 HP loss.

2. What happens when the wraith drains again when the character is already drained 4?
A. The character does not lose any HP since it is already at maximum drained value.
B. The character remains drained 4, but loses another 12 HP and max HP each time the wraith drains him.

Drained Condition: "You also lose a number of Hit Points equal to your level (minimum 1) times the drained value, and your maximum Hit Points are reduced by the same amount. For example, if you’re hit by an effect that inflicts drained 3 and you’re a 3rd-level character, you lose 9 Hit Points and reduce your maximum Hit Points by 9. Losing these Hit Points doesn’t count as taking damage."

I'm pretty sure that I agree with Blave on this.

Conditions with values don't generally stack. But the Wraith attack does increase the value of the Drained condition up to a maximum of Drained 4.

The Drained condition and its value would be causing the max HP reduction and HP loss. When the condition value increases you would only reduce max HP by the difference between the old value and the new value. (option 1.B, I think).

If a character is at Drained 4 already when it gets hit by the Wraith, then it wouldn't increase the Drained value again. So since the value of the condition didn't change, the character wouldn't lose any more health.

I think the Wraith would still gain the 5 temp HP in any case. Including if the character succeeds at the save, or if the character is already at Drained 4.
