1) Can you really not cast Prismatic Wall if you don't have 60' of length and 30' of height available? Or could you cast it in a smaller space (like a 10' wide hallway)?
2) How thick is it? The spell doesn't seem to say and I can't find a rule about default wall thicknesses. In D&D, it was 1 inch thick, which seems reasonable, but I don't know what Pathfinder's intent is for this spell.

Since it's a wall of pure magic, I've always imagined it as a plane with 0 thickness.
As far as the way shape....in PF1 many walls had the shapeable quality. I don't think the equivalent exists in PF2. So from a "RAW" standpoint you might be hosed. But I think from a playability standpoint (even if not supported by the rules explicitly) the only common sense way to play is that the wall can be up to that size, but doesn't have to. You can't reshape to your whim but if you have a 30ft wide space that's 10ft you can put the wall in it and completely block one side from the other.

I would also allow undersizing the wall so that it can fit inside a smaller corridor.
My thought on the restriction about placing it so that it doesn't pass through creatures or objects is to prevent using the wall in an attacking manner - creating the wall on top of an enemy and forcing them to suffer the effects of coming in contact with the wall immediately - whether that enemy is a living creature or a trap/construct object.

Walls are all jank if you follow RAW, I gave up on trying to run them by the scripture shortly after 2e officially dropped and I realized the issues were not addressed in the playtest period.
You are going to have to use GM fiat for pretty much every Wall Spell in the game otherwise there are going to be issues in any situation where you're not in a MASSIVE arena that has perfectly level ground.
