Axial Monitor Attacks

Rules Questions

I know this must seem pretty basic, but the attacks for the Axial Monitor completely confuse me. Here's what's listed:

Melee +1 merciful greatclub +26/+21/+16/+11 (2d8+10), tentacle +20 (1d6+3 plus grab), slam +20 (2d6+3 plus energized maul) or +1 axiomatic glaive +26 (2d8+10/×3), +1 merciful greatclub +26 (2d8+10), tentacle +25 (1d6+3 plus grab), slam +25 (2d6+3 plus energized maul)

Tripartite Assault (Ex)
When it makes a full attack, an Axial monitor can choose to make a full attack with one weapon and secondary attacks with its tentacle and slam, or it can choose to make a single attack with each weapon it wields, including its tentacle and slam attacks, with no penalties to its attack rolls for fighting with multiple weapons.

How does this translate to a single attack action and full attack actions? Thanks!

You're going to have to be more specific on what exactly is confusing you... a single attack action would be a single attack, just like any other creature... pick what weapon you want to attack with and make a single attack... the full attack works exactly as it's written...

Try using d20pfsrd, it has exactly the attack listings and their bonuses for either full-attack action option.

Ok, for a single attack action, it will pick one of the following options:

+1 axiomatic glaive +26 (2d8+10/×3)
or +1 merciful greatclub +26 (2d8+10)
or tentacle +25 (1d6+3 plus grab)
or slam +25 (2d6+3 plus energized maul)

When taking a full attack action, it can pick between
Melee +1 merciful greatclub +26/+21/+16/+11 (2d8+10), tentacle +20 (1d6+3 plus grab), slam +20 (2d6+3 plus energized maul)
This is the " full attack with one weapon and secondary attacks with its tentacle and slam "

or

+1 axiomatic glaive +26 (2d8+10/×3), +1 merciful greatclub +26 (2d8+10), tentacle +25 (1d6+3 plus grab), slam +25 (2d6+3 plus energized maul)
This is the "single attack with each weapon it wields, including its tentacle and slam attacks, with no penalties to its attack rolls for fighting with multiple weapons"

The Exchange

To be annoyingly precise, there is a third option for a full-attack that isn't explicitly listed in the attack line:

+1 axiomatic glaive +26/+21/+16/+11 (2d8+10/x3), tentacle +20 (1d6+3 plus grab), slam +20 (2d6+3 plus energized maul)

Basically, the axial monitor making a full-attack can choose between
1) Make iteratives with one manufactured weapon and one attack with each natural weapon. The natural weapons have a -5 penalty to attack rolls. (This is the default rule for mixing manufactured and natural attacks for all creatures)
-or-
2) Give up iterative attacks to get one attack with each wielded weapon and one attack with each natural weapon. All with no penalties.

Yes, there are more options:
Technically, it could TWF, even though it doesn't have the feat and just take horrible penalties. And similar things. PF1 allows you to do so many things that monster stat blocks would become even harder to read if they attempted to add all possible tactics.
