There are Vesk saints which could be construed as the equivalent of umbral lords.
This is pure conjecture on my part but if there are any other Vesk gods, I suspect Damoritosh killed them all.
Various infos on Vesk dealings with the galaxy at large can be found in Near Space & a small bit in the Against the Aeon Throne APs.

I doubt that Damoritosh killed the other gods ( actually killing a god is really really hard ), but his religion definitely did dominate over Veskarium society. Absent anything explicit otherwise, my assumption is that all the other "major" gods are probably present in some public form, so long as their ideology and practices are not antithetical to Damaritosh's theocracy. This would partly, but not entirely, be a matter of alignment. For instance, Weydan would *absolutely* be banned, because he might as well be called "The God of Revolution Against Repressive Tyranny"; OTOH, Desna is similarly CG, but also a lot more live-and-let-live ( and a lot more potentially threatening on a divine politics level ), so is probably a legally permitted religion. Conversely, Urgathoa is NE and so only one step away from Damoritosh's LE, but I don't believe for a second that Damoritosh would want her brand of toxic hedonism anywhere near his empire.

There may also be minor vesk gods, like there were for dwarves in Pathfinder. Even a CN god of jammed guns so a soldier can curse properly — imagine a Loki or Bugs Bunny sort of prankster.
The god of skittermanders meanwhile is doing … something with Damaritoshk’s paperwork.
12 armed gods of helping? Office gods?

The bureaucromancers of Vesk Prime all give praise to Filor and their divine tripple-stamp.
